Transcripts Deadline for CSUEB’s Pre-Licensure Nursing Program

(San Francisco, CA)- California State University East Bay (CSUEB) has released the deadline date to submit transcripts for Fall 2011 admission. The Pre-Licensure Nursing program requires applicants to submit their transcripts by Monday, February 14, 2011 to the university Admissions Office, NOT the actual nursing department.

The CSUEB Nursing Department would like students to please not send transcripts to them, rather submit them directly to the Admissions Office where they will be cataloged and filed. All nursing prerequisites must be completed by the end of the Fall term in which you apply, one year before the program begins.

For All Nursing Applicants

to remain eligible for Nursing Program consideration, nursing candidates must meet the earlier document deadline of February 14, rather than the document deadline posted on the main University website.

The CSUEB Admissions Office must receive all required admission documents, not just transcripts, by required dates. This means that all admission paperwork, forms, transcripts, etc. must be in the Office of Admissions by the date required.

**Postmarked documents do not count as received.**

If preferred by the student, official transcripts in sealed envelopes may be hand-delivered to the Enrollment Information Center on the Hayward campus or Academic Services Center on the Concord campus. This is recommended as a student can make sure it was received by someone in the right department. It’s always nerve racking waiting to hear back hoping the post office sent your transcripts to the right location.

Completed All Nursing Pre-Reqs?

Nursing school students already done with prerequisites are encouraged to send their transcripts to the CSUEB Admissions Office as early as possible.
